Salted butter/margarine.

Cheese and cheese products.

Tinned milk, dried milk, single cream, ice cream and yoghurt (except as an exchange for milk).

Coffeemate.

Unsalted butter/margarine.

Double cream.

Half pint of milk/day.

Marmite, Bovril, Oxo, stock cubes, gravy mixes (eg Bisto), peanut butter.

Meat tenderiser, ready-made mustard.

Pepper, mustard, herbs.

Soups, sauces, ketchups, mayonnaise salad cream, batter or sauce mixes, soy sauce.

Oil, vinegar, lemon dressing.

Canned or pickled vegetables, spaghetti or ravioli in tomato sauce.

Spinach, celery, very old carrots, beetroot, olives, sauerkraut, sweet and sour pickles.

Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, All-bran, Grapenuts, Weetabix, Bemax.  Ryvita, cream crackers, Digestive, Rich Tea, water biscuits and other plain or sweeet biscuits.  Cheese or savoury biscuits.  Self-raising flour, Scofa bread flour, fruit or malt loaves.  Ordinary bread may not be allowed.  Mincemeat, dried fruit.

Puffed wheat shredded wheat, unsalted porridge.  Salt-free Ryvita.  Plain flour.
